'Yes, yes, yes! I think it is amazing. I have never tried this before and am amazed how different I feel now as to how I felt at the start. It helps of course if you have a good connection with each other, I was willing to give it a go and for me it has been a big turning point. I have now gained ‘control’ of my work and home life. My husband said he has got his wife back. I have now come a long way from the feelings I had at the start of this course and have learnt a lot on the way. I was amazed how I did drift off and then when I heard ‘now you can open your eyes when you are ready’ I was amazed how powerful this part of the course was and that I had relaxed and ‘heard’ the words.'

'Previously I would allow myself to go down a rabbit hole with the smallest of worries and find it challenging to find balance. I've noticed that these episodes are easier now and I can highlight to myself where I am responding from. I have felt more balanced and less overwhelmed. Feelings of anxiety and stress are lessened, and I have taken positive action with ideas I have wanted to pursue. I’ve really noticed a brain shift in my responses (neurological) to situations and feel I have been more proactive. Having some background in therapy, meditation etc. I really love the tone of your voice and find it very soothing and for me, this has really added to my experience of this work.'

' Thank you for the hypnotherapy work you recently completed with me.  I thought that you explained the process really well and took time to understand what was important to me to resolve.  You have a lovely way about you which is both reassuring and focused.  Hypnotherapy can be a bit of a scary word for those who are thinking of getting help, however, I didn't ever feel like I was being "hypnotized", it was much more subtle than that.  I loved the way you asked me to talk about the good things that had happened between sessions, then left that good feeling to settle into my unconscious via the relaxation part of the session.  I still listen to the relaxation file which I still find comforting.'

' Lorraine offered professional and organised hypnotherapy. Each week she explained the aim of the session and the process it would follow.

I sought hypnotherapy for several interrelated phobias.

Lorraine listened and asked me questions. She encouraged me to reflect on my phobias and to identify my priorities. She then provided me with an individualised hypnotherapy session in a safe comfortable environment.

After attending 10 sessions and completing my weekly homework I found that I had developed a new and refreshing approach to my phobias. A huge leap forward for me.

Lorraine is very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely use hypnotherapy again and most certainly return to Lorraine.'

' Taking time out to really focus has been transformative for me. 
 Lorraine has great presence, is calm, positive and understanding, keeping you focused and everything relevant.

After 7 sessions I am in a much better place and it is so much easier to deal with problems as they arise.
