Initial consultation (45 minutes/1 hour) - Free 

A standard block of six weekly hourly sessions - £60 per hourly session. 

Discounts – Six sessions paid for in advance -£50 per session (Total £300) 

Phobia/ Fears package – Four sessions, once a week session including the initial consultation £180 

Smoking and/or vaping cessation – One session including the initial consultation two hours £200 

Pay as you go option if this is preferred. 

All fees are payable before the session. 

Cash, cheque, and BACS transfer accepted 

Cancellations -if you wish to cancel or rearrange sessions, please contact me within 24 hours of the booked session. If contact is made within 24 hours half of the session fee will be charged. If no contact is made at all, the full fee will be charged. 

Unfortunately, these fees are not flexible unless there are extreme exceptional circumstances.
