The initial consultation will explain what is happening in the mind when we feel and think, our brain is a complex and incredible organ that we all have the power to use to our advantage. In sessions we work together to dissipate negative thought patterns and behaviour, to find and strengthen the patterns that do work to move forwards into the life you want to live.  

PTSD 

We focus on your preferred future to enable you to reduce stress and anxiety levels. We explain how the brain refers to previous patterns of thoughts and behaviour and steps that can be taken to combat the impact of PTSD symptoms. 

Letting go of Phobias/Fears 

For simple phobias it can take as little as three sessions after the initial consultation. During these sessions we focus on goals and neutralise irrational fears, replacing them with desirable outcomes. Phobias can be changed to an extent that they no longer impact on peoples lives or hold them back. 

Sports Improvement, public speaking, interviews

Solution focused methods involve using techniques to guide the brain to improve focus, skill, confidence, and ability. These NLP (neuro linguistic programming) tools work in line with the desired result, using the adaptability of the brain to achieve this. 

Menopause

Menopause can feel like an imposter has taken over your world. I can help ease the burden. Weekly sessions are held time for you to have the space for yourself to stop, take a breath, talk, relax, and move towards the future you wish for. We work together to lower stress, anxiety, improve sleeping patterns and making those steps towards the future you wish for. Finding your way back to you.

Sleeping patterns

We talk about sleep in the initial consultation and the importance of healthy sleep patterns. I give you an mp3 recording designed for rest and relaxation, this supports sleep improvements and the work we do during sessions. We discuss individual elements of your current patterns and the possible changes to enhance them. 

Weight management 

There is a specific explanation of the brain for helping with weight management. Feeling in control leads to contentment and certainty. Once we understand why we make the choices we make, we can regain rational thinking over our decisions. This can be an empowering process and help to boost self esteem and confidence. 


 OCD

We use sessions to talk though how the brain works with control, and emotions using previous patterns of behaviour, to feel safe or try to keep the balance of the world in a comfortable place. OCD can impact heavily on day-to-day life. There are ways to reduce this and understand how the mind is relating to outside influences. We are all capable of making positive changes, regaining control. Your brain’s ability is in incredible, it can change your life. 

Pain

Pain signals to the brain work in a particular way. We process various types of pain differently. We can understand how pain works and use methods to reduce the effect. We explore the brains response in the initial consultation and discuss individual circumstances. 

Smoking and Vaping cessation

Smoking and vaping cessations consist of a one-off session, a duration of two hours. This includes a brain explanation, talking therapy and trance.  Please see testimonials for the response to these sessions. When ready to become free of the restrictions, the health and financial impact of smoking and vaping, this session can enable you to leave the habit behind and move on to a healthier, longer, happier, richer life. 

Alcohol reduction

We explore any behaviour and thought habits that people want to change and replace these with preferred ones. The brain has neuroplasticity which means it can absorb new information easily and with repetition, build and strengthen positive patterns. We all use different ways to relieve stress and worry, sometimes this can turn into unhealthy habits that we may feel a lack of control over. Sessions help to regain that control and understanding of why we make the choices we make and find out how to be free negative routines, replacing these with ones that enhance to path to get to the future you want.
